Platform charter
What GHC is — and what it is not
Hard boundaries that protect patients, providers, and the platform.
What GHC is
- A trust + transparency layer over existing healthcare systems
- An information broker — search, comparison, ranking, and a health record you own
- A technical orchestrator coordinating doctor, facility, and patient
- Cross-border by design — global infrastructure from day one
What GHC is not
- A medical practice or clinical decision-maker
- An insurance company, claims administrator, or payer of record
- A payment processor or financial intermediary that holds patient funds
- A pharmacy, lab, imaging center, or any licensed clinical entity
- An emergency service — call your local emergency number for life-threatening situations
- A licensing authority — we verify, we do not issue
Sourced from the GHC Platform Charter: no money chain, no clinical chain across borders, no licensing function — enforced in operations, not policy alone.
